		<description>You could use any medium grain rice from a grocery store I recommend a calrose breed. Cook the rice a day ahead, fried rice tastes best with day old rice. Use a rice cooker it&#039;s easier. Borrow one from a friend or get one if you need. The next day, you could fry it in a bit of oil (bit of bacon grease would add a touch of flavor and bacn bits in the rice is good) add a touch of orange or paineapple juice (If you have diced or crushed pinapple from a can, you can add some of that) and soy sauce. You could add frozen carrots and peas for color and texture. If you have oyster sause, it will taste better than soy sauce. Add pork, beef, chicken, shrimp, etc. In some resturants I&#039;ve been to, they actually serve it IN a hollowed out pineapple. Garnish with any one or combo of the following, pan roasted peanuts, cilantro, sesame seeds, maybe a touch of shredded coconut</description>
