At times all you need is that little something, when you’re low to lift you up. Energise you, put you right back into the mood and be good to your body. This is my go to recipe – Unbelievably delicious and super healthy. And its so easy to make. It satisfies you, fills you up and packs some nutrients. You will need one of those heavy duty blenders, makes for a better smoothie. A regular one is just as good, it just may be not able to crush the ice.
What you need …
- 1 large frozen banana chopped
- 1 glass of Almond Milk
- 1 Lungo serving of Nespresso – your preferred strength – better if above 6. Alternately you can use a strong shot of any coffee
- 90% Lindt -Dark Chocolate. you can use any dark chocolate above 60%
- Organic Cocoa Nibs
- 5-8 cubes of ice
- 1 tsp powdered flaxseeds
This is the fun part. Just chuck it all in the blender for a couple of minutes. Pour and slurp up !
