If you ask me what is the one thing I eat most for breakfast ? I would say hands down – My homemade Granola !  Its my perfect early morning breakfast, mind you I eat 2 breakfasts … one at 7:30 am and the other around 10:30-11 am. Granola is my go to breakfast, and my go to snack, and my go to munchie, and my go to topping on smoothies and ice creams. Granola is just always there in my kitchen, and I’d be in panic mode, if I hadn’t made a new batch before my stock got over.

Store bough Granola, is usually loaded with hidden Sugars and Salt.  Making your granola at home gives you absolute control on the amount of fat, sweetness and quality of ingredients used. You will find it is extremely easy to make and one batch can last a few weeks. And every time you can play with the ingredients a little to get completely new and stunning combinations.

This one here is made with Rostaa Mixed Berries. Adds an amazing texture with little bursts of chewy goodness.

Measure out all the ingredients.  In a large baking tray mix everything together well, making sure the wet ingredients have coated the dry ones completely.

Spread evenly and bake in a Preheated oven at 140 C for 20 mins, tossing occasionally. Then give it another 10 mins at 160 C. make sure you don’t let the granola burn, mixing it twice in between.  Remove and cool completely. The granola will get crispier on cooling. Store in airtight containers.

Have this with nut milk, with yogurt, have it for breakfast, or a snack. You could even top your ice cream for dessert with it. Enjoy.
